Registration

All participants are required to register and pay their registration fee. Early-bird registration/payment deadline: 17 June 2019

Please fill in the registration form below (in English). After submitting you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your registration request. You will then receive an e-mail with all the details on payment and invoicing. For registration fee categories, please refer to the table below. There are 2 payment options available: by bank transfer or by debit/credit card using Eurobank Livepay. Please notice that Cash payments are not accepted.

Dietary Restrictions & Allergies (Optional)

Your personal information as mentioned above is collected by “Athena” RC for the express purpose of organizing the event, including the relevant material and services. After the end of the event, the special category of your personal data (allergies and dietary preferences) will be immediately deleted by “Athena” RC.

The rest of your personal data will also be deleted by “Athena” RC unless you expressly agree that:

we share your name, organization and email address with the other participants in the interest of facilitating communication among you

we share your name, organization and email address with future HDMS organisers in the interest of sending information for future HDMS conference

With your registration: You accept that you will be photographed/filmed/recorded by a professional working on behalf of “Athena” RC during this event and you authorize “Athena” RC to make free use of the photographs/films/recording bearing your image or voice in all types of publications, broadcasts or online communications for disseminating information about HDMS 2019 and HDMS in general.

“Athena” RC shall be the exclusive owner of the results and proceeds of such filming, photography and recording with the right, throughout the world, and unlimited number of times in perpetuity, to copyright, to use and to license others to use for the same purposes on behalf of “Athena” RC, in any manner, all or any portion thereof or of a reproduction thereof. The results will be stored in “Athena” RC archives.

If you want us to stop using photos/films/recordings of you, we ask you to contact us. We will then no longer use your personal data. We will also try to remove you from already published material wherever possible.
